【摘要】 目的:研究常见舌苔变化与ICAM-1表达水平之间的关系。方法:应用RealtimePCR方法,对ICAM-1在正常舌苔和常见病理性舌苔中的表达进行检测。结果:ICAM-1在病理性舌苔中的表达高于在正常舌苔中的表达,其中在黄苔中的表达又高于在白苔中的表达。结论:ICAM-1表达水平的高低与舌苔厚度以及舌苔颜色的变化密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Study the relationship between the changes of coating of tongue and the expression level of ICAM-1. Methods: Measure the expression of ICAM-1 in coating of tongue of normal and common abnormal. Results: The expression level of ICAM-1 is higher in abnormal coating of tongue than in normal. Especially, expression in yellow coating is higher than white coating. Conclusions: There is a strong relationship between the expression levels of ICAM-1 and the thickness and color of the coating of tongue.更多还原
