【摘要】 目的用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定胡芦巴中原薯蓣皂苷的含量。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Li-chrospher C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(8∶92,V/V),检测波长为203 nm。结果含量测定的线性范围为0.108~1.296μg,回收率为96.37%,RSD为1.78%(n=6)。结论该法简便,灵敏准确,可用于胡芦巴中原薯蓣皂苷的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an RPHPLC method for the determination of the protodioscin in Trigonella foenum-graecumL..Methods The analytical column was a Lichrospher C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(8∶92,v/v).The protodioscin was detected at 203 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0.108～1.296μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery of the method was 96.37%,RSD was 1.78%(n=6).Conclusion This method is reliable and accurate,and can be used for quality control of protodioscin in Trigonella foenum-graecum L.更多还原
