【摘要】 目的建立清热解毒口服液中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法通过方法学考察,建立HPLC法测定清热解毒口服液中黄芩苷含量的方法。结果黄芩苷在0.12~0.72μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为95.8%,RSD为0.87%(n=6)。结论该法分离效果好,结果准确、可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To measure the content of Qingrejiedu Oral Solution by HPLC.Methods HPLC was used.Results A good linear relationship was obtained within the range of 0.12～0.72 μg,and the average recovery was 95.8%,RSD=0.87%(n=5).Conclusion The method can separate effectively,and the result is accurate and reliable.更多还原
