【摘要】 目的优选半边旗的超声提取工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交实验,考察乙醇浓度(A)、提取时间(B)、提取次数(C)和料液比(D)4个影响因素,以5 F含量为评价指标,并采用薄层扫描法进行测定。结果半边旗超声提取的最佳工艺为A2B2C3D3,即加10倍量70%乙醇,超声提取3次,30 min/次。结论优选得到的工艺稳定可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To optimize the conditions of ultrasonic extraction of Pteris semipinnata L.Methods The four factors-alcohol content(A),ultrasonic time(B),ultrasonic times(C) and solvent volume(D) were investigated by L9(34) orthogonal design,and the content of 5F were defined as the standard index.5F was determined by TLC-Scanning.Results A2B2C3D3 was the optimum condition of the ultrasonic extraction,which was adding 10 times amount of 70% alcohol and extracting for 30 min(totally extracting for 3 times).Conclusion The optimized process is stable and available.更多还原
