【摘要】 目的研究消疕方对寻常型银屑病患者血浆血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)含量的影响,为该方疗效提供科学依据。方法应用放免法测定60例银屑病患者VEGF含量变化。结果消疕方能降低血浆中过高的血管内皮生长因子水平(P<0.01)。结论消疕方能有效抑制新生血管的形成,降低血管的通透性,对于银屑病的治疗有着重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of XiaoBiFang on vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)of vulgaris psoriasis(VP)and provide scientific proof for its application.Methods The contents of VEGF of blood plasma from 60 cases of VP were analyzed by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results The degee of the expression of VEGF decreased.Conclusion XiaoBiFang can inhibit the emerge of new blood vessel and lower the permeability.更多还原
