新疆鹿蹄草的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents of Pyrola xinjiangensis
【摘要】 目的研究新疆鹿蹄草Pyrola xinjiangensis的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和Sephadex LH-20等分离手段进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱学手段鉴定化合物结构。结果从新疆鹿蹄草70%乙醇提取物的正丁醇萃取部分分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为鹿蹄草素(PyrolinⅠ),异槲皮苷(Isoquercitrin,Ⅱ),鹿蹄草苷(Pirolatin,Ⅲ),水晶兰苷(Monotropein,Ⅳ),肾叶鹿蹄草苷(renifolin,Ⅴ)。结论化合物Ⅰ-Ⅴ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the constituents of Pyrola xinjiangensis..Methods Separation and purification were performed on silica gel CC and sephadex LH-20.Their structures were established on the basis of physicochemical and spectral analysis.Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as Pyrolin(Ⅰ),Isoquercitrin(Ⅱ),Pirolatin(Ⅲ),Monotropein(Ⅳ),renifolin(Ⅴ),respectively.Conclusion These compounds are isolated from Pyrola xinjiangensis for the first time.
