【摘要】 目的探讨生姜油杀灭日本血吸虫尾蚴的效果。方法取生姜油100μl于载玻片上,观察生姜油杀灭血吸虫尾蚴的时间;并用已杀灭的血吸虫尾蚴感染小鼠,经灌注法加撕碎法收集虫体,计算感染率。结果生姜油在20 s内可迅速杀死日本血吸虫尾蚴;已杀灭的血吸虫尾蚴感染小鼠后均未检获血吸虫成虫,感染率为0;而对照组感染率93%;两者比较感染率差异有显著统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论生姜油有较好的杀灭血吸虫尾蚴的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the Ginger oil killing the Schistosoma japonicum Cercariae.Methods the Ginger oil were loaded on the slides,and the time of killing the Schistosoma Cercariae was recorded.The treated Schistosoma Cercariae were subsequently used to infect mice by the method of pouring and tearing them into shreds.At last the infected efficiency was counted.Results The Ginger oil could effectively kill the Schistosoma Cercariae in 20 seconds.The killed Schistosoma Cercariae were noninfectious to mice,but the infected efficiency of the control groups was 93% significant difference between the two treatments(P=0.000).Conclusion The Ginger oil can offer a satisfactory killing efficiency against the Schistosoma japonicum Cercariae.更多还原
