【摘要】 目的探讨淮山药粗多糖对小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法小鼠灌胃给予不同剂量(200,400和800 mg/kg)的淮山药多糖,1次/d,连续8 d,进行ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验(MTT法)、测定血清溶血素测定(半数溶血值法)、小鼠碳廓清实验。结果山药多糖具有增强小鼠淋巴细胞增殖能力的作用,促进小鼠抗体生成的作用和增强小鼠碳廓清能力的作用。结论淮山药多糖具有一定的免疫功能增强作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the immunologic enhancement of Dioscorea opposita Thunb.polysaccharide.Methods Dioscorea opposita Thunb.polysaccharide in different dosages(200,400,800 mg/kg)were given by IG for 8 d.A series of tests were carried out,such as the spleen lymph cells transformation of Con A inducing method(MTT method),hemolytic test of blood serum and hem chrome and mouse carbon test.Results The results showed that Dioscorea opposita Thunb.polysaccharide was significant to Con A induced mice Lymphocyte transformation test;HC50 raised in all three concentrations;ratio of monocytemacrophage carbon grain elimination has significant changes to the control.Conclusion Dioscored opposita Thunb.polysaccharide possesses a potential effect of immune regulation.更多还原
