【摘要】 多穗柯甜茶是一种具有很长食用历史的民间非糖甜味饮品,中医药认为其对多种心血管疾病有预防作用。研究表明,多穗柯甜茶含有较高的黄酮类和多酚物质,其甜味和药理保健功能与其所含的黄酮类物质有关。本文系统地综述了多穗柯甜茶在化学成分研究,加工提取技术研究和药理保健功能3个方面的研究进展,并对多穗柯甜茶的开发前景进行了展望。更多还原
