【摘要】 目的研究用密封控温技术制备薄荷油β-环糊精包合物的最佳工艺。方法以挥发油包合率为评价指标,采用正交试验法优选最佳工艺条件。结果最佳的工艺条件为薄荷油与β-环糊精的比例为1∶9,包合时间2 h,包合温度110℃。结论此方法可以用于制备薄荷油β-环糊精包合物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the optimum conditions for the preparation of pennyroyal-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound with the sealed-heating method.Methods The inclusion rate of oil was used as criterion in the study.The optimum preparation conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design.Results The optimum prepartion conditions for inclusion were established as follows∶oil∶β-cyclodextrin was 1∶9.The inclusion time and temperature were for 2 h and at 110℃.Conclusion The method can be used for preparation of the inclusion compound.更多还原
