【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method of determination of total saponins in Glycyrrhiza.Methods Use Vanillin-HClO4 as the chromogenic reagent and detect the maximum absorption at the wavelength of 589 nm.Choose the best chromogenic preparation to determine the contents of the samples.Results The precision of the method is high.The color of the treated samples was stable within 1h.The average value of the recovery was 99.03%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible.It may be used for the quantitative determination of total saponins in Glycyrrhiza.更多还原
