【摘要】 目的观察八珍益母丸对小鼠的镇痛抗炎作用及其与剂量的关系,证实八珍益母丸有镇痛抗炎作用,为临床应用提供一定的实验依据。方法通过热板法和扭体法致小鼠实验性疼痛模型进行实验,观察八珍益母丸的镇痛作用;采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、甲醛致小鼠足肿胀、冰醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高模型观察该药的抗炎作用。结果八珍益母丸能提高热刺激所致小鼠痛域值,能减少醋酸所致小鼠的扭体次数,能抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿和甲醛致小鼠足肿以及醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高。结论八珍益母丸对小鼠有较强的镇痛抗炎作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the relationship between the function of analgesia,anti-inflammation and dosage of BaZhen-Yi-Mu Pill in mice,which will provide pharmacological evidence for its clinical use.Methods The pain models were induced by hot-plate procedure,twisting response in mice.Xylene was used to induce mouse ear swelling,formaldehyde was used to induce mouse foot swelling and ice-acetic acid was used to increase blood capillary leakage in mouse abdominal cavity.Results Ba-Zhen-Yi-Mu Pill could improve pain threshold of mice in hot irritation and decrease the twist times of mice in twisting response inhibit ear swelling,foot swelling and decrease blood capillary leakage in mouse dominal cavity.Conclusion Ba-Zhen-Yi-Mu Pill has a significant effect of analgesia,anti-inflammation.更多还原
