【摘要】 目的观察叶下珠有效部位总提取物长期毒性可能造成对机体的毒性反应,为临床提供安全依据。方法叶下珠有效部位总提取物1 280,640,320 mg/kg每天灌胃1次,连续给药180 d及停药后30 d观察对大鼠生长发育以及血液学常规、血液生化指标、和主要脏器体重比、主要脏器病理形态、心电图的影响。结果对大鼠生長发育、血液学常规、血液生化指标均在正常范围:主要脏器体重比、主要脏器病理形态、心电图均未出现毒性改变。结论大鼠180 d长毒试验结果表明,叶下珠有效部位总提取物是低毒的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the chronic toxicity of TEY in rats.Methods Rats of three experimental groups were administrated.TEY at dose of 1280,640 and 320 mg/kg·d-1,respectively,6 days per week for 6 months.Rats of control group were given distilled water with the same volume.Growth of rats were observed.Indexes of hematology and blood biochemistry were measured.Ratio of viscera to body were measured and the major organs were examined by the pathology.All these tests were carried out three and six months after administration and one month after stopping administration.Results The outer appearance and behavior,weights, the indexes of hematology and blood biochemistry were normal.The organ coefficient,the cardiogram,the pathological examination had no significant difference by comparing with control group.Conclusion TEY has no significant toxicity for long-term administration to rats.更多还原
