【摘要】 目的建立太子参的HPCE指纹图谱分析方法,为太子参质量评价提供依据。方法采用75μm×50 cm毛细管柱,50 mmol/L硼砂溶液作缓冲液,运行电压为20 kV,检测波长为200 nm。结果初步建立了以10个共有峰为特征指纹信息的HPCE指纹图谱。结论HPCE指纹图谱法可用于太子参的质量评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the analytical method for the fingerprint of Radix Pseudostellariae by HPCE and provide the basis for quality assessment of the crude drug.Methods Separation was performed on a 75 μm×50 cm uncoated capillary with 50mmol/L borate solution as CE buffer.The run voltage was 20kV and the UV detection was set at 200 nm.Results The HPCE fingerprint of 10 main peaks was established preliminarily.Conclusion The method can be used for quality control of Radix Pseudostellariae.更多还原
