白花丹参对高脂血症大鼠血脂及血糖调节作用的研究
Research on the Effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge var.alha C.Y.wu et H.W.Li,mss.on Blood Fat and Blood Glucose of Hyperlipidemia Rats
【摘要】 目的探讨白花丹参水提物对高脂血症大鼠血脂、血糖的影响。方法采用高脂饲料喂养Wistar大鼠2月后,诱导出大鼠高脂血症模型。按体重随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性对照组及白花丹参水提物10,20,40 g/kg bw3个剂量组。观察白花丹参水提物对高脂血症大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血糖(GLU)的影响。结果与模型组相比较,白花丹参中、高剂量组及阳性对照组TC,TG,GLU均明显降低(P<0.05-0.01),中剂量组、阳性对照组HDL-C明显升高(P<0.05)。结论用高脂饮食诱导大鼠高脂血症模型是研究高脂血症及其并发症的理想动物模型,白花丹参水提物可改善高脂血症大鼠血脂及血糖情况。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge var.alha C.Y.wu et H.W.Li,mss.on blood fat,blood glucose of the hyperlipidemia rats.Methods The male wistar rats were fed with high fat forage for 2 months to establish the model of hyperlipidemia.Then the rats were randomly divided into normal control,model,drug,drug control groups and the contents of TC,TG,HDL-C,and GLU in different groups were detected.Results Compared woth model group,the contents of TC,TG and Glu decrepsed obviously in middle and high dose of aqueous extract group and positive control group,the content of HOL-C increased in middle and positive control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The model of shyperlipidemia in rats induced by high fat forage is an ideal animal model to research hyperlipidemia and its complications.The aqueous extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge var.alha C.Y.wu et H.W.Li,mss.can improve blood fat and glucose of hyperlopidemica rats.
