正交设计研究葎草中总黄酮提取工艺

【摘要】 目的研究葎草叶中总黄酮的提取工艺条件。方法采用正交实验法,以总黄酮含量为考察指标,对葎草的总黄酮提取条件进行优选。结果所考察的因素中,葎草的提取工艺各因数影响程度为:乙醇浓度>溶剂用量>提取时间;最佳水平搭配为:A2B2C1。结论葎草中黄酮类成分提取的最适宜工艺为:75%乙醇,料液比1∶15,回流提取2次,1 h/次。

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo ascertain extraction technology condition for flavonoids from Humulus scandens(Lour.) Merr.MethodsThe optimizing extraction condition on the basis of flavonoids were determined by orthogonal design.ResultsThe order of factors which affected the flavonoid extraction was ethanol concentration > solvent quantity > extraction hours;the best level match was: A2B2C1.ConclusionThe optimum extraction conditions are 75% ethanol extracting with material and solvent ratio 1∶15 for 1 hour in water bath for 2 times.
