【摘要】 目的比较还阳参不同提取物止咳平喘作用,为寻找确定其止咳平喘有效部位提供实验基础。方法制备还阳参不同提取物,观察其对浓氨引起的小鼠咳嗽以及组胺乙酰胆碱引起的豚鼠哮喘的影响。结果还阳参石油醚提取物的H2-1部位对氨水刺激引起的小鼠咳嗽有明显的止咳作用;正丁醇提取物的HD-2部位对组胺和乙酰胆碱引起的豚哮喘有抑制作用。结论明确了还阳参止咳平喘的物质基础,为还阳参止咳平喘的临床功效提供了科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo compare the relieving cough and asthma action of different extract isolated from Tibetan hawksbeard root,and set up foundation for the experiment which is to search and ascertain the relieving cough and asthma action of Tibetan hawksbeard root.MethodsPrepare different extract from Tibetan hawksbeard root,observe the impact of them on the mouse cough caused by deeper ammonia and the guinea pig asthma caused by histamine and acetylcholine.ResultsThe H2-1 fraction in the petroleum ether extraction from Tibetan hawksbeard root had got relieving cough action against mouse cough caused by deeper ammonia;The HD-2 fraction in the n-butyl extraction had inhibition on Guinea pig asthma caused by histamine and acetylcholine.ConclusionAscertain the substance basis of the relieving cough and asthma action of Tibetan hawksbeard root,and supply scientific gist for relieving cough and asthma clinic efficacy of Tibetan hawksbeard root.更多还原
