【摘要】 目的研究安胎养血合剂对大鼠肾移植急性排斥反应的影响,为其在器官移植免疫治疗上的应用提供实验依据。方法建立大鼠异体肾移植急性排斥反应模型(SD→Wistar),随机分为4组,每组12只。I组,生理盐水对照组(NS),NS10 ml/(kg.d)。II组,中药安胎养血合剂组,中药10 ml/(kg.d)。III组,CsA(cyclosprorine,CsA)组,CsA 10 ml/(kg.d)。IV组,中西医结合组,中药10 ml/(kg.d),CsA2.5 ml/(kg.d),两者间隔30 min。观察各组肾移植大鼠的存活时间,术后第6天取血测定血肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)的水平,并行移植肾病理学检查。结果中药安胎养血合剂可以延长受体鼠的存活时间,与CsA联合应用具有协同作用,可以明显延长受体鼠的存活时间,其方剂对移植肾的功能具有保护作用并能改善移植肾的形态和病理变化。结论中药安胎养血合剂对大鼠肾移植急性排斥反应有一定的抑制作用;与CsA具有协同作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo study the effect of Chinese Medicine AnTaiYangXue Mixture(ATYXM) on acute rejection reaction of renal transplantation in rat and provide experimental basis for application of this recipe in organ transplantation.MethodsAllogenic rat renal transplantation model was established from SD to Wistar and randomly divided into 4 groups,12 rats in each group.Group 1:control group,nomal saline(NS)was administered intragastricly(10ml·kg-1·d-1);Group 2:ATYXM group(10 ml·kg-1·d-1);Group 3:Cyclosporin A(CsA) group(10ml·kg-1·d-1);Group 4:Integrated traditional and western medicine group(10ml·kg-1·d-1+ CsA 2.5 ml·kg-1·d-1).The recipient rat survival time was observed.Six rats were killed on the sixth day after operation to examine the histopathological changes of grafted kidney and to measure the levels of blood creatinine(Cre) and urea nitrogen(BUN).ResultsATYXM and CsA could both prolong survival time of recipient rats.The combined application of CsA could markdedly prolong survival time of recipient rat.ATYXM coule also protect kidney function and improve pathological changes of transplanted kidney.ConclusionATYXM has a definite inhibition effect on acute rejection reaction in renal transplantation,and might have a synergism with sub-treatment dosage of Cyclosporin A(CyA).更多还原
