【摘要】 目的建立双灵油中挥发性成分(薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑和桉油精)的质量控制标准。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法对制剂中薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑和桉油精进行定性鉴别,并用外标法测定制剂中薄荷脑的含量。结果薄荷脑、水杨酸甲酯、樟脑和桉油精4种成分均达到良好分离,薄荷脑在测定范围内线性良好,平均回收率为100.04%,RSD值为0.80%(n=9)。结论所建立的方法快速、稳定、可靠,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality standard of Shuangling Linimentum(menthol,menthyl salicylate,camphor,cineole).Methods A 100% polyethylene glycol was used as stationary liquid phase.The GC was equipped with FID detector at 250℃,and determined by programmed temperature GC.Results The resolution and the linearity were fine with the rate of recovery of menthol 100.04%,RSD=0.80%.Conclusion The method is convenient,rapid and accurate.It can be used for the quality standard of this preparation.更多还原
