【Abstract】 Objective To establish the optimum extraction technology of Kanggan granule.Methods Using the orthogonal design,the extraction technology were optimized by content determination of total flavonoids and glycyrrhizic acid.Results The best extraction condition was to soak the herbs in 14 times water and boil 3 times,each time for 1 hour.Conclusion This process is stable and suitable for production.更多还原
