【摘要】 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定白带丸中阿魏酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18;以甲醇-水-醋酸(45∶55∶0.5)为流动相;检测波长320 nm,外标法定量。结果阿魏酸在0.085 6~0.214 0μg之间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 6,平均回收率为98.84%,RSD=1.61(n=7)。结论方法准确,稳定性好,可作为该复方制剂的质量控制标准方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective An HPLC method for the determination of Ferulic acid in Baidai pills was established.Methods A Kromasil C18 colunn were used with methanol-water-acetic acid(45∶55∶0.5).The content of Ferulic acid was detected at a wavelength of 320 nm.Results The linear range was 0.0856~0.2140 μg with correlation coefficient r= 0.999 6.The average recovery rate was 98.84%,RSD=1.61(n=7).The method was accurate and repeatable.Conclusion It can be used for the quality control of Baidai pills.更多还原
