【摘要】 目的测定炎可宁中有效成分-黄芩苷的含量。方法反相高效液相色谱法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×150mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(60∶40∶0.2);检测波长:280 nm;流速:1.0 ml.min-1;柱温:30℃。结果建立了对炎可宁片中黄芩苷进行定量的测定方法,并将此方法用于3个不同厂家生产的炎可宁片中黄芩苷含量的测定。结论为中药复方提供了更加简便、合理、可靠的质控方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To determine the bioactive compound’s content of baicalin in Yankening.Methods RP-HPLC,Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with methanol-water-phosphoric acid(60∶40∶0.2) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1ml/min,the column temperature was 30℃and detection was effecive at 280 nm. Results This method was applied to determine baicalin in Yankening produced by different factories successfully.Conclusion This is a more convenient,reasonable and credible quality control method for the Chinese traditional medicine.更多还原
