【摘要】 目的建立了慢支紫红丸中岩白菜素的高效液相法(HPLC)测定方法。方法使用甲醇溶液加热回流提取岩白菜素,采用RP18 C18柱为固定相,甲醇-水(25∶75)为流动相,流速1 ml/min,检测波长275 nm。结果在0.053 5~0.535μg范围内,岩白菜素与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD=2.15%,n=9。结论该方法简便、快速、灵敏、专属性好,是制剂质量控制的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective An HPLC method for determination of bergenin in Manzhizihong Pills was established.Methods Bergenin was extracted by methanol and warm-up and reflux.An RP C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water(25∶75),at the detection wavelength of 275 nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results The linear range was 0.0535～0.535 and the average recovery was 98.2%(RSD 2.15%).更多还原
