【摘要】 目的建立以反相高效液相色谱法测定鼻渊枢滴鼻剂中阿魏酸含量的方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18柱(200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);甲醇-水-乙酸(35∶65∶1V/V/V)为流动相;流速1.0 ml/min;检测波长为322 nm;外标法定量。结果阿魏酸在0.208~1.040μg范围内进样量X(μg)与峰面积Y呈良好的线性关系,Y=1 704 575.96X-13 177.4(r=0.999 7,n=5),平均回收率为97.12%,RSD=1.28%。结论反相高效液相色谱法测定滴鼻剂溶液中阿魏酸含量用于制剂质量控制,方法简便,灵敏,准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the RP-HPLC method for content determination of ferulic acid in Biyuanshu nose drops.Methods The assay was performed on a diamonsil C18 column by UV detection at the wavelength of 322 nm with methanol-wateracetic acid(35∶65∶1)as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0ml/min.Results The content of ferulic acid was linear with its area over the range from 0.208 μg~1.04 μg,Y=1 704 575.96X-13 177.4(r=0.999 7,n=5).The average recovery was 97.12%,RSD=1.28%.Conclusion The present method is convenient,sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Biyuanshu nose drops.更多还原
