超声波提取肾蕨总黄酮及鉴别
The Total Flavanone of Nephrolepis cordifolia(L.) Presl Extraction and the Identification by Ultrasonic Wave
【摘要】 目的为充分利用肾蕨植物资源,避免资源的浪费,探讨肾蕨植物总黄酮的提取及鉴别方法。方法采用超声波乙醇浸提法从肾蕨植物中提取黄酮类物质,对所提取的黄酮类物质进行验证,并用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果测得样品中总黄酮的含量为0.403 9 mg/m l,回收率为102.6%,其纯度和产率均较高。结论该方法采用全物理过程,无任何污染,是提取肾蕨植物黄酮类物质的有效途径。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the extraction and distinguishing method of total flavanone of Nephrolepis cordifolia(L.) Presl.Methods The flavonoids were extracted by ethanol as the solvent from Nephrolepis cordifolia(L.) presl with ultrasonic wave and ethanol extraction.The flavanone of Nephrolepis cordifolia(L.) Presl was checked and determined by spectrophotometry.Results The content of the total flavanone of nephrolepis cordifolia(L.) Presl obtained by this method was C=0.4039 mg/ml and the rate of recovery was 102.6%.Conclusion This text provides the extraction and purifying methods to get the outcome and the purity of the flavanone.This method is a purely physical process and has no pollution.It is an ideal way to extract the flavanone of Nephrolepis cordifolia(L.) Presl.
