【Abstract】 Both the privilege against self-crimination of tainted witness and the principle of balancing interests in practice are the theoretical foundation of immunity to tainted witness.Immunity to tainted witness isn’t a discount of penalty,but immunity to conviction.Immunity to tainted witness isn’t a kind of plea bargain.We should construct the system of immunity to tainted witness in our country based on correct theoretical foundation.更多还原
