【Abstract】 Since 1990s’,the environmental legislations for production of EEC has been greatly improved.On the one hand,it’s the necessities of dealing with the production environmental problems,on the other hand,it’s also driven by the globalization of the world trade.The environment legislations for productions of EEC guided by the theory of production life cycle represent an important trend of the modern environmental protection movement.We should use the EEC’s experience for reference to perfect our legislations,contribute to the achievement of continual development goal.更多还原
