薇甘菊化学成分研究
Study on the chemical constituents of Mikania micrantha
【摘要】 采用硅胶柱色谱分离并结合Sephadex LH-20分离纯化方法,研究薇甘菊(Mikania micrantha H.B.K)地上部分的化学成分,通过理化鉴定和NMR等波谱法进行分析鉴定其化学结构.结果表明,在石油醚部位分离得到2个倍半萜类化合物,结构鉴定为deoxymikanolide(I)和dihydromikanolide(Ⅱ);正丁醇部位分离得到3个黄酮类化合物、1个甾醇类化合物和1个有机酸,结构分别鉴定为mikanin(Ⅲ),eu- palitin(Ⅳ),豆甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷(V),3,4’,5,7-tetrahydroxy-6-methoxyflavone 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅵ)和绿原酸(VII).豆甾醇-β-D-葡萄糖苷和绿原酸为首次从该植物分离得到.
【Abstract】 The chemical constituents of Mikania micrantha H. B. K were isolated and purified by using silica-gel column and Sephadex LH-20. The chemical constituents were identified by physicochemical properties and structur- ally elucidated by NMR spectral analysis. 2 compounds obtained from petroleum ether extract of M. micratha were identified as deoxymikanolide ( I ) and dihydromikanolide ( II ) , respectively. 5 compounds obtained from n-butyl alcohol extract were identified as mikanin ( M ) , eupalitin ( IV) , stigmasterol-β-D-glucoside ( V ) , 3 , 4’, 5 , 7-tetrahydroxy-6-methoxyflavone 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( VI ) and chlorogenic acid ( VII ) , respectively. Compounds V and VII were obtained from M. mincrantha for the first time.
