【摘要】 通过对能源危机的表现形式与成因分析,指出能源危机是由于一定时期内能源供应缺乏而严重影响人类社会正常生产和生活的现象,其主要诱因是能源的品种结构、使用成本、环境影响、资源控制、利用技术与效率以及供应的可持续性。我国应对能源危机的策略需要考虑能源资源的合理结构、使用效率、政策调控和环境限制等诸方面因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article indicates that energy crisis is the phenomenon with the normal productive activity & life of the human society influenced seriously as a result of short of energy supply during certain periods following the analysis of the mode of expression and causes of the formation of energy crisis,and puts forth that the main inducement of energy crisis is the structure of energy variety,the energy cost,its influence on environment,control of resources,adopted technology & its efficiency,and sustainability of energy supply.The rational structure of energy resources,its application efficiency,adjustment & control of policy,and environmental restriction must be taken account for the strategy in response to the energy crisis in China.更多还原
