【Abstract】 Huangmeng Ying Village belongs to Zhou Ying,Shenqiu County and is located by Sha Ying river.For more than ten years,quite a few villagers died unnaturally because of drinking polluted water for quite a long time.The case shows that China lacks an operation system of environment law,that is the legislation,the law enforcement,the law obedience,etc..In view of the lack,China needs to strengthen the laws which are related to environment protection so that the environmental right can be visualized in Chinese modern society.更多还原
