【摘要】 目的了解各级临床实验室开展HIV血清学筛查试验的情况。方法采用问卷调查方式对141家临床艾滋病检测筛查实验室进行调查,利用Excel表建立数据库并进行分析。结果141家实验室2006年度共检测样本303045份,筛查阳性样本2404份,确认阳性样本276份,筛查阳性检出率和确认符合率分别为0.09%和11.48%。送检样本最多的科室是外、内、急诊和妇儿科。多数实验室采用国产酶联免疫吸附试剂。多数实验室缺少生物安全防护设备。结论进一步加强对实验室的管理,提高检测质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the status of HIV serological clinical screening laboratories at all levels in Hunan.Methods A total of 141 laboratories attended the questionnaire survey.The data were collected and analyzed with worksheets.Results Altogether 303,045 samples were tested in 141 laboratories,2,404 samples(0.09%) were screening positive and 276 were confirmed positive.The consistent rates of the screening positive and the confirmed positive were 0.09% and 11.48% respectively.Most of the samples were from surgical,medical,emergency,gynecological and pediatric sections.ELISA assay was commonly used in these laboratories.Most laboratories lacked bio-safety equipment.Conclusion The laboratory’s quality management should be improved and strengthened.更多还原
