2283株病原菌的临床分布及耐药性分析

【摘要】 目的对病原菌的临床分布及耐药性进行分析,为临床合理治疗提供依据。方法收集2003年10月-2006年9月间临床各科送检标本做微生物病原学检测和药物敏感试验。结果共分离病原菌2 283株,革兰阳性(G+)球菌495株,其中凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌285株,所占比例最大,其次为金黄色葡萄球菌107株,肠球菌103株;革兰阴性(G-)杆菌1 420株,构成比例最大的前3种病原菌为大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌和不动杆菌属,分别占革兰阴性杆菌的28.52%、24.93%和18.94%;真菌267株,占病原菌的11.70%。所分离菌种对美洛培南耐药率较低,为25%以下;对氨苄西林、青霉素G耐药率最高,达85%以上。结论菌种分布以大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌为多,耐药菌株有逐年上升的趋势,需引起重视。

【Abstract】 Objective The distribution and drug-resistance rate of pathogens were investigated to instruct the rational use of antimicrobial agents in clinic.Methods Pathogenic detection and antimicrobial sensitivity tests were performed for samples collected from various clinical departments between Octorber 2003 and September 2006.Results 2,283 strains of pathogens were isolated,and 495 strains were Gram-positive cocci.The most common pathogens in Gram-positive cocci were coagulase-negative Staphylocci(285),followed by Staphyloccus aureus(107),and Enterococcus(103).Gram-negative bacilli were 1,420,and the top three pathogens were Escherichia.coli,Pseudomonas aeruginose,and Acinetobacter,which accounted for 28.52%,24.93% and 18.94%respectively.Fungi were 267,and accounted for 11.7% in these pathogens.The antimicrobial resistant rate of all the isolated bacteria to imipenem was the lowest,which was below 25%.The resistant rates to ampicillin and penicillinG were both above 85%.Conclusion The main bacteria are Escherichia.coli,Pseudomonas and coagulase-negative staphylocci.The drug-resistance of pathogens shows an increasing tendency,therefore we should pay more attention to this condition.
