CD4~+ CD25~+ T细胞研究新进展
Advances on Cell CD4~+ CD25~+ T Research
【摘要】 CD4+CD25+T细胞是新近才被认识的一类免疫调节细胞,在胸腺中产生,主要发挥抑制性免疫调节功能,表达IL-10 mRNA,细胞表面表达IL-2受体a链(CD25),在维持机体内环境的稳定、抗感染免疫、抗肿瘤免疫、诱导移植耐受及自身免疫性疾病等方面发挥重要作用。
【Abstract】 CD4~+ CD25~+ T is a newly recognized type of immune-regulation cells. It plays a essential role in the inhibitive immune-regulation functions and is produced from the thymus glands, with expressing IL-10mRNA and IL-2 receptor ’a chain’ (CD25), on the cell surface. Functioning CD4~+ CD25~+ T cells play an important role in the maintenance of homeostasis, anti-infection, anti-tumor immunity, induction of transplantation-rejection and autoimmune diseases.
