【摘要】 目的了解宁波市大学生的患龋情况,指导学生的口腔保健。方法采用世界卫生组织1997年公布的龋病调查标准和方法,对宁波市2863名大学生进行龋病调查。结果被调查学生患龋率58.40%,龋均1.12,龋齿充填率31.68%。女生患龋率高于男生,而龋齿充填率无明显差别。城镇学生与乡村学生患龋率无明显差别,而龋齿充填率高于乡村学生。大一新生患龋率高于老生,而龋齿充填率低于老生。结论宁波市大学生患龋率较高,龋齿充填率较低,需加强口腔疾病和卫生保健知识的宣传和教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the dental caries situation of the college students in Ningbo and to instruct their oral health practice. Methods A survey was made on dental caries among 2,863 college students in Ningbo according to the standard and method of survey on dental caries which was published by the World Health Organization in 1997. Results The dental caries rate in the college students was 58.40%, the index of DMFT was 1.12 and the filling rate was 31.68 %. The dental caries rate in girls was higher than that in boys, but the filling rate showed no significant difference. There were no significant differences between the urban students and the rural students, but the filling rate was higher in students came from urban areas. The dental caries rate of freshmen was higher than that in the higher-class students, while the filling rate was lower among them. Conclusion The dental caries rate in the college students in Ningbo is high, while the filling rate is low. The propagation and education in the knowledge of oral diseases and oral health was urgently necessary.更多还原
