【摘要】 目的为了解艾滋病的死因结构,改善防治对策。方法对我院收治的20例获得性免疫缺陷综合症(AIDS)死亡病例进行分析。结果20例AIDS死亡患者平均死亡时间为(14.56±9.62)月,CD4T细胞计数平均为8.44±4.20%,病毒载量平均为(58600±12200)copies/ml,可同时合并多种机会感染。结论呼吸衰竭和中枢系统并发症颅内高压和脑水肿仍是HIV死亡的常见原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the death cause and to improve treatment methods for the patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS). Methods To analyze the death causes of 20 patients with AIDS hospitalized in our hospital. Results The average death period was 14.56±9.62 months, CD4 T cell count 8.44±4.20%, viral load 58,600±12,200copies/ml. AIDS patients could be complicated with many kinds of opportunistic infections. Conclusions Respiratory failure or adult respiratory stress syndrome, cerebral edema and high intracranial pressure of central nerve system complications are the main death causes of AIDS patients.更多还原
