【摘要】 目的:探讨血液流变学在防治中青年高血压病方面的临床意义。方法:选择192例中青年高血压病患者和256例老年高血压病患者进行血液流变学分析,并与健康对照组比较。结果:分析发现其血浆比黏度、红细胞压积、聚集指数、红细胞沉降率、纤维蛋白原等指标均有不同程度的差异有显著性。结论:血液流变学及时准确的检测,对防治中青年高血压及心脑血管疾病有极其重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The clinical significance of the research on the changes of blood flow in preventing young or middle-aged people suffering from high blood pressure and other diseases. Methods 192 young and middle-aged people and 256 old people who suffer high blood pressure are chosen and the changes of their blood flow are examined and compared.After that ,the results are compared with those of healthy people. Results By analysing the cases ,varing notable differences are found in the viscosity of blood plasma,the crowdedness of red blood cells,the index of gathering,the subsidence proportion of red blood cells,fibrinogen and so on. Conclusion Examining and determining the changes of blood flow exactly is of great significance in preventing and curing high blood pressure,diseases from blood vessels of heart and brain in young and middle-aged people.更多还原
