【摘要】 目的:揭示出临床常听诊误为先天性心脏病的假性心脏病的超声诊断的特点。方法:对289例正常青少年听诊有明显杂音者进行心脏超声检查。结果:289例患者中左室假腱索引起心脏杂音者为272例,15例则是直背综合征引起,仅2例为二尖瓣轻度脱垂所致。结论:心脏彩色多普勒超声对假性心脏病所引起的杂音能够非常明显地加以区分,为临床避免误诊提供重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To disclose the feature of ultrasongraphy of false cardiac disease misdiagnosed as congenital cardiac disease by auscultation.Methods To examin 287 teenages with cardiac ultrasound who have cardiac murmur.Results 272 of 287 cases who have cardiac murmur were caused by left ventricular false tendons,while 15 cases were straight back syndrome,only 2 were mild mitral valve prolapse.Conclusion Color Doppler echocardiography could obviously differentiate cardiac murmur caused by left ventricular false tendons and provide important basis for clinic to avoid disdiagnosis.更多还原
