【摘要】 目的:探讨总结B超影像的胃癌分期诊断与Endoglin标记的微血管密度(Microvessel density,MVD)在胃癌组织中表达之间的关系。方法:应用彩色多普勒对70例怀疑胃癌和肿瘤患者,分层观察扫描肿块的部位、肿块的血流特征进行分期,和采用免疫组织化学法检测胃癌组织中Endoglin标记的微血管密度计数水平。结果:在胃癌医学影像分期发展过程中Endoglin标记的MVD其表达强度增加显著,且与胃癌患者的淋巴结转移、细胞分化程度有关,但与胃癌患者性别、年龄无差异。结论:胃癌医学影像分期是胃癌的发展阶段,检测Endoglin标记的MVD对胃癌病情判断及预后判断有一定程度的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study expression of microvessel density(MVD) marked with endoglin in gastric carcinoma,and their relations to the clinicopathological features.Methods The expression of MVD marked with endoglin was assayed by using immunohistochemical method in 70 cases gastric carcinoma.Results MVD marked with endoglin was increase significant in the tumorigenesis process,the level of MVD marked with endoglin was correlated with clinical stage,lymph node mdtastasis,pathologic grade,but not with sex and age.Conclusion Endoglin is positively correlated with biological behaviors of gastric carcinoma,suggesting that examination by using immunohistochemical method of MVD marked with endoglin may be of value in making diagnosis,evaluating evolution of disease in patients with gastric carcinoma.更多还原
