【摘要】 目的:教育人们树立健康查体、重视健康教育、养成良好的健康行为和生活方式,保护和促进个体或群体健康。方法:不断提高查体中护理人员的自身素质,推行查体“套餐”,设立宣传专栏,发放健康保健知识手册,设置专机电话咨询等,专家外出进行团体健康教育讲课。结果:护士与查体人员能进行良好的沟通,查体人员能掌握查体常见病的预防保健知识,查体人员非常满意。结论:护理人员改变以往的被动服务为现在的主动服务,不断学习新的预防保健知识和各项沟通技巧以适应不同层次查体人员的健康需求,以适应不断发展的社会保健需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To educate the public to set up consciousness of the physical examination,attach importance to the health education,develop healthy behaviours and life styles so that the health of an individual or a colony can be protected or promoted.Methods Improving the personal qualities of the paramedics working in the physical examination centre,putting "the mixed menu"(a series of items)of physical examination,Establishing the column for health propagandism,handing out the handbooks of health care knowledges,setting up special telephones for consultations about health,sending out specialists to give lectures of health education to the public.Results Those participating in physical examination communicated well with the nurses and mastered the basic precautions of common diseases discovered in the physical examination,and they were quite satisfied with the service.Conclusion To adapt to the increasing demands of the society,the paramedics should alter the usual passive service to active service and constantly learn more and new knowledges of health care and the communicating skills so as to meet the varieties of demands of different people who take part in the physical examination.更多还原
