【摘要】 目的:探讨锤状指适合的治疗方法。方法:回顾总结了15例锤状指的治疗方法,新鲜损伤10例,陈旧损伤5例;其中4例新鲜闭合损伤及1例陈旧性损伤采取保守治疗,其余8例采取手术修复治疗,2例行指间关节融合术。结果:本组15例患者均获得满意效果。结论:根据锤状指的不同类型选择不同的治疗方法是获得满意疗效的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss how to choose the appropriate method by means of judgement of injured condition.Methods To summarize retrospectively the methods of 15 cases,which contain 10 fresh-injury cases and 5 old-injury ones,In 5 cases which contain 4 fresh-closed-injury cases and 1 old-injury case,conservative method was adopted,In 8 cases surgical operation was carried out.In 2 cases arthrodesis was adopted.Results All the cases had excellent and good effect.Conclusion Choosing different method according to the different type of mallet finger is the key to get good outcomes.更多还原
