【摘要】 目的观察氟保护漆预防儿童龋病的效果。方法对幼儿园4岁~6岁儿童进行氟保护漆防龋治疗,将218名儿童随机分为观察组(106例)和对照组(112例),观察组给予氟保护漆防龋治疗,0.5a/次,连续2a;对照组只做早晚刷牙等日常口腔护理。结果2年后观察组患龋率、龋齿均数明显低于对照组,两组结果在统计学上差异存在显著性。结论氟保护漆防龋效果明显,操作简便,适合推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinic effects of fluor protector on preventing children’s dental caries.Methods The fluor protector was applied to prevent children’s dental caries on 4-6 years old children. 218 children were randomly divided into observed group (106 cases) and control group (112 cases). The observed group were given fluor protector prevent caries semiannually for two years and the control group were given daily mouth care, such as brushing one’s teeth in morning and evening.Results The morbidity of dental caries and the average of decayed teeth of observed group were obviously lower than that of control group after two years. There was significant difference statistically between the observe group and the control group.Conclusion Applying the fluor protector to prevent dental caries had a significant effect .The operation and generalization are easy.更多还原
