【摘要】 目的:观察慢性鼻窦炎围手术期应用磷酸克林霉素的临床疗效。方法:78例慢性鼻窦炎患者随机分配至试验组及对照组,每组39例。试验组手术前8h应用磷酸克林霉素1.35g静脉点滴,1次/d,至手术后第1天,共3d;以手术后第7天患者主观症状及客观窥镜术腔检查为观察指标,并与对照组应用青霉素G钾进行比较。结果:试验组的临床疗效明显高于对照组,症状改善率为87.17%,鼻腔通畅率达84.61%。结论:慢性鼻窦炎围手术期配合应用磷酸克林霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of clindamycin phosphate on perioperative of endoscopic sinus surgery to treat chronic sinusitis. Methods 78 cases of chronic sinusitis was andom assorted to experiment group and control group, experiment group received Clindamycin Phosphate 1.35 g by drip phleboclysis one time per day before endoscopic sinus surgery to postoperative. Patients’ subjective symptoms and result of exam by endoscopic sinus were used as observation indexes, comparing with a control group of Penicillin G Potassium. Results The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group、obviously higher than thatof control group, its improvement rate was 87.17% , curative rate was 84.61%. There was significant difference between two groups after treatwent. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of Clindamycin Phosphate for injection in treating chronic sinusitis is obviously superior to that of Penicillin G Potassium.更多还原
