【摘要】 目的:探讨胡桃夹现象与十二指肠淤积综合征的对应关系,分析超声诊断胡桃夹现象对十二指肠淤积综合征的提示诊断价值。方法:超声诊断为胡桃夹现象的35例患者均进行消化道钡餐造影检查,观察其是否合并十二指肠淤积。结果:35例胡桃夹现象患者中,23例合并典型、11例合并非典型的十二指肠淤积综合征,1例患者消化道钡餐造影未见明显异常。结论:超声诊断为胡桃夹现象时,尤其是有消化道症状的患者,应考虑到患者可能同时合并有十二指肠淤积综合征,以提示临床医师,指导治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between nutcracker phenomenon and duodenal stasis syndrome, Analyze the clinical value of diagnosis that ultrasonoguaphy diagnoses nutcracker phenomenon to duodenal stasis syndrome. Methods There are 35 patients who have nutcracker phenomenon. All of them are checked on the digestive bariummeal.Then observe if they also have duodenal stasis. Results Among 35 case who have nutcracket phenomenon,23 cases also are typical model ,11 cases also are non-typical model duodenal stasis syndrome,1 case is not found problems using bariummeal. Conclusion When a patient who have digestive system symptoms was diagnosed to have had nutcracker phenomenon.we should infer that the patient may have duodenal stasis syndrome too,in order to remind clinician to knowing the treatment.更多还原
