【摘要】 目的:本文主要探讨动态心电图对病态窦房结综合征(SSS)的诊断价值、方法。选用经临床实验证实的31例SSS患者进行24h动态心电图检查,并选56例健康人进行对照。结果:SSS组心率明显慢于对照组,两者差异具有显著性,P<0.001,SSS组心率失常检出率明显高于对照组。结论:动态心电图对间歇性心率和心律改变的SSS患者,能明显提高心律失常的检出率,是早期诊断SSS的最可靠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the diagnostic value of dynamic electrocardiogram recordings in sick sinus syndrome.Methods 31 pations with sick sinus syndrome(SSS),confirmed by clinical exa mination, were selected to recive the 24 h dynamic ELG recordings exa mination and 56 normal adults were selected as control. Results The hear rate of the patients with SSS was evidently slower them that of normal group and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.001).The detetable rate of arrhythimia in patients with SSS was also evidentlyhigher them that of normal group. Conclusion The authors believed that dynamic electrocardiogram recordings exa mination was suitable for SSS patients whohad interruptedheart rate and thanges of rhythm of heart. Pynamic electrocardiogram recordings could enhance the detectable rate of arrhythmia is SSS patients and find the correlation. Pynamic electrocardiogram recordings is a reliable method for the early diaghosis of SSS.更多还原
