【摘要】 目的研究中药苦碟子的化学成分。方法将干燥药材全草经水提醇沉后,所得浸膏用水混悬,依次用等体积的石油醚(60~90℃)、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,再利用各种柱色谱及HPLC等方法对氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据(1H-NMR、13C-NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为1-呋喃甲酸(1)、香草醛(2)、原儿茶醛(3)、dehydrovomifoliol(4)、loliolide(5)、3-(4′-羟基-3′-甲氧基苯基)-1-丙醇(6)、lirioresinol-A(7)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.)Hance.Methods Dried whole herb was extracted three times with boiling water.The combined extracts were successively partitioned with petorleum ether,CHCl3,EtOAc and n-BuOH.The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC.Their structures were determined on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectroscopic methods such as 1H -NMR,13C-NMR.Results The isolated compounds were identified as furancarboxylic acid(1),vanillin(2),protocatechuic aldehyde(3),dehydrovomifoliol(4),loliolide(5),3-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)-1-propanol(6),lirioresinol-A(7).Conclusions All compounds above are isolated from Ixeres sonchifolia for the first time.更多还原
