银杏叶有效成分的ε-己内酸酯改性聚乳酸缓释微丸制备和溶出度考察

【摘要】 目的利用ε-己内酸酯(CL)与聚乳酸(PLA)共聚改性聚合物(PLA-PCL-PLA)为载体,制备银杏叶有效成分的缓释微丸制剂,并考察其溶出度。方法用糖衣机包衣制备微丸,用紫外分光光度计测定溶出度。结果以PLA-PCL-PLA为包衣膜的微丸,比PLA对银杏有效成分的体外溶出行为具有更强的缓释作用,且微丸的溶出度随着改性聚乳酸的包衣厚度及相对分子质量的增加而显著减慢。结论ε-己内酸酯改性聚乳酸具有较强缓释作用,可以用于制备缓释制剂。

【Abstract】 Objective To prepare the sustained-release pellets of Ginkgo leaves sustained-release pellets using the polymerization(PLA-PCL-PLA) of εcyclohexyl lactone(CL) polylactic acid(PLA) as carrier,and test the release rate.Methods The rolling coacervation method was used to prepare the sustained-release pellets,and UV was used to determine the release rate.Results The PLA-PCL-PLA sustained-release pellets had a slower release rate than that of PLA;and the release rate of the sustained-release pellets decreased considerably with the growth of the thickness of membrane and Mr of PLA-PCL-PLA.Conclusions PLA-PCL-PLA has a slower release rate,and can be used to prepare the sustained-release pellets.
