【摘要】 目的评价CT对成年期前列腺炎的诊断及鉴别诊断能力。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2005年7月临床及CT资料较完整的成年期前列腺炎14例。结果前列腺炎的临床症状及体征主要是急性排尿不畅,会阴部胀痛,部分病例见血性精液、血尿,或尿道口分泌物,前列腺液镜检白细胞增多等,CT所见前列腺周边毛糙模糊10例;局限性密度减低8例;弥漫性密度减低2例;腺体增大5例;单侧或双侧提肛肌近段增厚、毛糙10例;1例增强扫描显示前列腺低密度区与正常前列腺同步轻度强化。结论上述CT征象,结合临床表现对前列腺炎能作出正确的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the feasibility of computed tomography (CT)for diagnosing prostatitis in adulthood.Methods Fourteen patients with clinically and on CT proved prostatitis,who were collected between January 6 2004 and July 23 2005 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Clinically almost all patients complained of acute dysuresia and perineum pain.Some cases had hemospermia,hematuria,and excretion of urethal orifice or associated with leucocytosis in liquor prostaticus under microscope.On CT images,hazy-coarse prostatic borders were found in 10 cases,localized density decreasing in 8,diffuse density decreasing in 2,gland enlargement in 5,thickened and coarsened proximal end of unilateral or bilateral musculus levator ani in 10.Enhanced CT scan in one case showed the synchronizing enhancement of hypodense areas versus normal areas of the prostate.Conclusion Based on the integrative analysis of CT findings and clinical manifestations,prostatitis is can correctly diagnosed.更多还原
