【摘要】 目的研究降脂达标治疗对颈动脉斑块的影响。方法选择存在颈动脉斑块的患者120例,按中国血脂防治指南中的标准进行调脂治疗,血脂达标后继续给予阿托伐他汀钙10~20 mg/d治疗6个月,测定达标前后患者的血脂,肝、肾功能及行颈动脉多普勒检查。结果患者血脂达标后继续服用阿托伐他汀钙6个月后,颈动脉内径有所扩大(P<0.01),颈动脉斑块缩小(P<0.01),同时患者TC、LDL-C、TG降低(P<0.01),HDL-C升高(P<0.05)。结论患者颈动脉粥样斑块经血脂达标治疗后可以缩小并稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of reducing serum lipid to standard on carotid artery plaque.Methods One handred twenty patients with carotid artery plaque have been treated to the standard of the nation guide of serum lipid treatment,then treated with atorvastatin for six month.After treatment lipid,liver and kidney function,carotid artery plaque were detected.Results The carotid artery atherosclerosis plaque declined obviously in all cases aftert treatment(P<0.01).Level of serum TC,TG and LDL-C dropped obviously(P< 0.01) and HDL-C rose up(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients’ carotid artery plaque progress can be prevented.更多还原
