【摘要】 目的探讨肺癌的漏、误诊原因。方法对经病理证实的40例漏、误诊肺癌患者的临床特点及实验室检查结果进行总结,分析漏、误诊原因。结果临床表现不典型,认识不足及影像检查不全面是漏、误诊的主要原因。结论掌握肺癌的临床特点,多种影像检查结合及影像诊断与临床结合是减少漏、误诊的主要措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reason of the patient with lung cancer was misdiagnosed.Methods To summarize the clinical manifestations and auxiliary examination of 40 cases with lung cancer who were misdiagnosed,to analyze the reason of misdiagnosis.Results Atypical manifestations,unsufficient recongization of clinical characteristics and imcom- pletely image examinition were the main course for misdiagnosis in the patients with lung carcinoma.Conclusion The misdiag- nostic rates for lung cancer could be reduce through master the clinical characteristics and synthetical analysis of the difference im- age examination.更多还原
