【摘要】 目的探讨慢性肺源性心脏病患者血清补体C1q、C5、C9水平的变化及临床意义。方法选择我院慢性肺心病患者25例(观察组),另选同期健康体检者20例(对照组),采用免疫比浊法测定两组患者血清补体C1q、C5、C9水平。结果两组患者血清C1q、C5、C9水平间差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论测定慢性肺心病患者血清补体C1q、C5、C9水平,对于判断该病病情程度及发生发展规律有一定意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the change and the clinical significance of complement C1q and C5 and C9 on serum in the chronic cor pulmonale patients.Methods The level of complement C1q and C5 and C9 in twenty-five patients (test group) and twenty healthy subjects(control group) were detected by using the immunological method.Results The level of complement C1q and C5 and C9 on test group are lower than the level on control group,respectively.Differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By measuring complement C1q and C5 and C9 level on serum,helping as for judging state of chronic cor pulmonale and understanding the pathogeneses.更多还原
